As part of these security measures, several hotels in Delhi/NCR have been designated as accommodations for the Heads of States and Governments.
One of these accommodations is the esteemed Hotel Oberoi in Gurugram, where the Country Head of the Republic of South Korea delegation will be staying during the specified dates. In the interest of security and to ensure the seamless execution of the summit, it has been decided that the practice of working from home should be adopted by offices located in the vicinity of Hotel Oberoi, Gurugram.
With this directive in mind, we kindly request all offices situated in DLF Cyber Park, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, to embrace the work-from-home practice from September 8th to September 10th, 2023. We fully understand the importance of uninterrupted business operations, and we encourage you to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that this period of remote work is as productive and efficient as possible.
Furthermore, we urge all concerned parties to collaborate closely with the traffic police authorities to facilitate the movement of employees in and out of your premises during this period. By doing so, we can ensure a seamless transition to the work-from-home setup while prioritizing the safety and security of all involved.
