The Government of Karnataka has revoked the minimum wages notification w.e.f 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2020 due COVID-19 pandemic so that the employer is not burdened with the increased amount of VDA. Due to this reason the minimum wages for the previous year (w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020) will be applicable in this year also. The rates for all the categories are as below:-
