This is for your information, The Government of Gujarat has published the attached Circular No. Sr.A.7(4)/ELC/2012/131, declaring paid holiday for the eligible employees of shops and establishments, on the Account of the General Election to the Legislative Assembly in Gujarat on 1st December 2022 and 5th December 2022; in the respective areas of polling as given herein.
Therefore you are required to give a paid leave to those employees who are entitled to vote in the said elections on a particular day.
