Dear All, We would like to bring your attention to Circular No. C-Misc/Ex.Return/2013/Vol-II/13587 dated 21st September 2017 w.r.t Introduction of Real Time Monitoring of Exempted Establishment.

 

EPFO has implemented the filing of online returns in the new version of UAN. Subsequent to the implementation of new software, real time monitoring of exempted establishment has also started.

 

In all SIX parameters has been defined, as per attached circular, to monitor the health of an Exempted establishment. Basis the achievement under each of the parameter performance evaluation of exempted establishment will be done.

 

 

Real updates with collaboration / notification / changes made by center and state government in last month in relation to professional, Labour welfare, gratuity payment, statutory compliances etc.
