PMRPY benefit can be claimed in that month only if
- Information is being submitted on-line on the PMRPY form by 10th of the following month
- ECR is being submitted by 15th of the following month
Director General of Employment has issued Office Memorandum F. No. DGC-U-13015/1/2016-MP (G) dated 6th March 2019 revoking amendment in the scheme guidelines of PMRPY dated 4th December 2017 and related corrigendum dated 28th December 2017. With this amendment Para A (f) is being inserted back again effective 6th March 2019
Para A (f) in the Appendix of scheme guidelines should be read as under
“In case the employer does not submit the information on-line on the PMRPY form by 10th of the following month , he will not be eligible for availing benefit under the PMRPY scheme for that month”
Director General of Employment has issued Office Memorandum F. No. DGC-U-13015/1/2016-MP (G) dated 7th March 2019 inserting Para A (h) in the guidelines of PMRPY dated 23rd February 2017.
Para A (h) would read as follows
“For claiming the benefit under PMRPY scheme for a particular month an employer is required to submit ECR. In case the employer does not submit the ECR for claiming benefit under PMRPY by 15th of subsequent month , he will not be eligible to claim benefit under PMRPY for that month”
