The Government of Goa published the attached notification no7/18/2020-LA vide which it has repealed The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 with ordinary legislation to be known as The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) (Goa Amendment) Act, 2020.

As per the attached notification, the applicability to the act for the establishments employing twenty or more workmen is increased to fifty or more workmen.
