The Government of Haryana has published the attached notification No. 17217 dated 07th June 2022, providing the conditions for exemptions from restrictions on employing women workers in night shifts i.e form 07.00 pm to 06.00 am by IT/ITES, banking institutions, three-star or above hotels, hundred percent export-oriented establishments, logistics, and warehousing establishments.

The conditions include the prevention of acts of sexual harassment, complaint redressal mechanism, prior consent from women workers for such employment, etc.
