Dear Employer!
Haryana Labour Welfare board has published notification dated 27th June 2023 for increase in the employee and employer contribution i.e. Each employee shall contribute to the fund every month an amount equal to zero point two percent of his salary and wages and any remuneration subject to a limit of rupees thirty-one and each employer in respect of each such employee shall contribute every month, twice the amount contributed by such employee.
The same has been made effective retrospectively from 1st January’2023.
