The Government of Karnataka has published the attached notification dated 19.02.2021 for second amendment under Shops and Establishment Act.

Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act 1961, the total number of the days of leave that may be carried forward to a succeeding year shall not exceed forty  days and that has been substituted with new amendment with total number of the days of leave that may be carried forward to a succeeding year shall not exceed forty five days under section 15 sub-section (7) of the Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act 1961.
