As per the Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH) Act, every employer including Government/Non-Government organisation employing ten or more employees is required to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) for enquiring into complaints of sexual harassment filed by any woman at workplace.
Government of Telangana has issued a general notice wherein the establishments in Telangana employing ten or more employees are now required to register their IC with the State She-box portal latest by 15 July 2019. The web-portal for the registration of the IC is as follows.
| Any failure by employers in the State of Telangana to comply with the above requirement, shall be punishable with INR 50,000. |

| STEP 1 | = | Visit to launched Web Portal by the Telangana Govt. i.e. http://tshebox.tgwdcw.in |
| STEP 2 | = | Option to Register as ICC on Home Page |
| STEP 3 | = | Display of ICC Registration Form on the click of Register as ICC |
| STEP 4 | = | Submission of the above by clicking on Registration Now |
| SETP 5 | = | Filling of ICC Registration Form with the details as required therein. |
| STEP 6 | = | Password will be sent to the mobile number as given in the ICC Registration Form |
| STEP 7 | = | Access of the Login Account on the Home Page by filling the given mobile with password as provided |
