The Labour department of Madhya Pradesh has published the attached notification for eligibility criteria under Contract Labour Act 1970. As per the earlier notification dated 20.08.2020 the eligibility criteria to obtain labour License under CLRA was 50 or more employees which is now revoked on temporary basis and again those contractors who are deploying 20 or more are eligible to take License.
