The Government of Karnataka has published the attached notification for Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace. (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act 2013, that the organizations in both Government/Private sectors which consists of 10 or more employees mandatorily needs to form an internal complaints committee. For this the details of the internal complaints committee needs to be send to Karnataka State Commission for Women through Email or Post/By hand.
